Decent group for MR today. Another beautiful day weatherwise. Waited like 10 minutes to start since jake mac was running way late. We headed out to springbrook bradys way. Started picking up the pace after crossing book road and then it went from 0 to 100 when dhru made a move. I called and he kept pushing until the stoplight. After that we both pushed up the hill and then I continued to push the pace a little to get used to pushing the envelope while trying to settle my breathing. I had decided I would tempo until modaff and when I went to turn dhru went straight which I hadn't expected so I tempo'd only a little longer and then went easy and then did some fartlek-1×on/off on modaff and Gartner. Chilled in from the end of the bike path. 4xstrides in front of merner afterward and then lifted.
