Post work grindfest. Super tired from the weekend and the last thing I wanted to do after work was run. Got myself out the door though and started chugging along. Ended up doing new loop reflection edition. I kept it slow and finally started feeling okay after a few miles in. Still never felt great because my breathing struggled and my back/neck seemed tight along with my legs/feet just being sore. Basically everything hurts haha but I got through it. 4xmedium strides afterward
