Easy->steady post work Herrick
My hamstrings and adductors (right side in particular) were super sore after med Ball routine yesterday. Debated going short on this run to make sure I didn't injure myself but after feeling sore the first mile, I got into a pretty effortless groove. Stayed in that smooth feeling basically until I left Herrick. At that point my hammys/glutes started to get really fatigued and I was slowly losing control of half my stride. By the time I hit mile 11 my stride was getting wonky, so I stopped for a minute and stretched. Cruised back home afterward. Overall the effort on this was definitely more recovery than not but will need to get a good stretch/roll/hydrate tonight
