Recovery Herrick loop w/ Weber

Dressed on the warm side and rolled out a lot before starting and actually didnt feel too bad. Kept it nice and slow. Gradually built a little but I knew my legs were fatigued and sore from racing twice this weekend. 4xstrides on springhill afterward. Left hammy mostly good
