first day of official practice. cold out today and i had to actually run on the roads which i wasnt super thrilled with. i would have rather gone down into iowa, but it is what it is. alleman to 38th to 30th to 24th to17th to top of cemetary to library to 38th to 38th to alleman and an additional 2 through augie. felt fine today and had a pretty strong icestache by the end of the run
