Easy shakeout after the drive home

Rolled out quick after the drive back from the QC and started out to do an arrowhead loop. Felt better than I had anticipated. Kept the effort easier and built through. Was still sore/tight but I thought my hammy would be more annoying. 4xhard strides on springhill afterward
