Lift was good this morning after LR/biking to campus:
sumo squats( 15xbody weight, 10x25lbs, 10x35lbs, 10x45lbs, 10x55lbs, 10x65lbs, 10x75lbs, 10x85lbs-NEW PR), single leg hamstring curls @30lbs x 20 each leg, and glute machine @115lbsx15 each leg(left side of machine still sticking a ton so realistically like 130-140lbs effort). Great morning overall
