cooled off a lot from yesterday and was actually snowing pretty hard from about noon to the end of my run. it was pretty windy and the route i did had a side wind on me the whole time. the snow kinda hurt my face with the wind, but i was fine for the most part. my hammy and quad in my left leg were raw again today, but not too bad. route was alleman parking lot to alleman/lincoln corner through augie like post run additions but i went down the slough and then went to the bike path by the arsenal and went until the bike path hit the road right when i got to sunset marina. out in 31:55 and back in 31:13
