Almost continuous, had to stop near the end bc someone wanted to join the lane and then miscounted by 1 lap. Practiced spotting during the middle 1k which felt very clumsy and slow. Something I wanna continue to work on because doing all this work in the pool will go out the window when I hit the open water otherwise.
