Felt really good on the warmup today, but the group pushed the pace really hard in the middle after getting out fine for the first couple. I was breathing harder than I should've been for an ET and I thought it was just me but apparently we were rolling 5:45 pace at one point. I dropped off just before 3 miles I think and finished on my own. I didn't feel good anyway I slowed down too much and my average was just off the goal.
