ran with kaylin this evening. slow jog around campus which was fine. hopped on the track after for a few strides and that was what i was kind of focusing on anyways. 6x100 w/ 100 jog. put spikes on the last two. not to go faster but to see where my achilles was. didnt hurt too bad but need to get on my mid-foot more consistently to make it work
