cold and raining this morning. drove to campus for a strength session after the run. left groin was painfully tight at the beginning but loosened up after a mile and the right hip pain was minimal. Had my watch under my sleeve to keep my hands warm so I only started looking at it after 8 miles. Pre-Run Band walks, leg swings
