Ran w/ Kaylin from Jerseyville HS, we split after a half mile and I went off to back track part of the normal 10 mile loop I do from her dads house. Had a headache from a lack of coffee or sleeping too hard the night before. Stiff from a long car ride and strength work so this morning was just about getting a run in. Pre Run: Band Walks, leg swings. Post-Run: mobility routine (-hurdle drills) (20:00)
