Early morning run from South Boulder Rec before handling Roots practice down at Marshall this morning. My butt and hamstring were predictably sore and I took that with a grain of salt since I know the healing is coming. Ran down Bobo and cut over to the Xc course once I got to S Boulder Rd. Did a few loops to get the majority of the distance and was reminded how dicey the footing is out there. (Hip Circuit)
