Pop-up winter storm this morning after a week in the 70s. Part of me wants to explore some new interval loops on the grass so when I got out past Louisville community park I detoured onto a few of the side trails. One of them definitely was not aa trail and I ended up forging through an open field for about 200m. As I came back over Aquarius the storm intensified and I was getting my face blasted by icy snow. I wouldn't have guessed that Id be finishing a run with an ice-crusted jacket today after the week we had.
