(LM) Another hot humid afternoon but not quite as bad as yesterday. Warmed up with the guys then finished the run on my own. Happy to be able to get these doubles in late in the cycle. It may looks greedy but I feel like the frequency is important to maintaining the stimulus. (Statics)
