Notes
Not the morning I was expecting. I was feeling sluggish out the door and the Mormon Trek hills were no help in finding a rhythm. I did 3 loops around Trueblood and the flat circuit was what I needed to find a little more turnover, although I was still pressing just a bit more than I prefer. As I came back on Mormon Trek I did 10x200 uphill on the upper half of the airport hill. I was dreading these most of the run but after the first two I realized the spurt of speed broke things up and I actually had some fun on the intervals. 34-35 on all of them (33 and 36 once) so I was very consistent and I took the chance to focus on my mechanics; lifting the feet pumping the arms, and keeping good posture.
