Got started a little later than I'd planned so I only got 1 set of bouncy in before I needed to hustle over to meet the rest of the team for their warm up. Did 2 more sets while of bouncy with a half mile jog between. Hamstring still needs some work but i feel like I'm moving in the right direction and I can finally start stacking mileage again.
