I started off with a normal 5 miles and when I got to the bottom of the following bowl I did some hill sprints. I was worried about doing them with my soleus pain but it was still very dull and figured I could at least see how it felt after the first couple. I did 10x20" w/jog down recovery at around 4:50-5:00 pace up the steep climbs; with no pain in the calf. I continued on the normal route and dealt with the rest of the hills in a normal fashion, although I was clicking off a decent pace while doing so. Gained 1004 ft this morning.
