After I dropped the recruits off for academic meetings I had 90 min to change, run, shower, and be ready for the afternoon practice. It wasn’t as rushed as it sounds though, I was able to run comfortably slow most of the miles. Did 8x8” hill sprints with about 50 sec jog recovery on the steep driveway hill of the cross course.
