Enjoyed getting back to the trails today at Blackhawk. Weather was pretty nice in the upper 50's and enjoyed the quiet and serenity of the forest preserve. One of only a few people out there gave me some good time to think and get some hills in. Struggled much more on the hills than I'd like but need to adjust back to that stuff. Zach joined me the first 20 minutes or so. Took a few loops before heading back home. Made it from the church lot to home in 53 seconds today, so not too shabby there. IT band on left side is definitely still tender and tight though.
