Sinuses good, but lungs still REALLY rough. Had to stop and walk a few times just to catch my breath. Slowing down didn't help. Lungs don't really feel too congested, just weak. Rest of me OK...at least there are no physical aches, pains, or injuries. Gotta be thankful for the little things...
