Notes
One of the better runs I've had in weeks. A bit warm and humid (oh, Summer...you're back!), but comfortable with a nice breeze. Gorgeous mid-Sept. day. Lungs handled humidity fairly well, considering. Really looking forward to HM in 5 days. Likely won't go sub-2, but PR should be no problem.
