Not a great run...I didn't sleep real well and have been pretty upset by the news of my friend Ira's death. Plus just generally being sorta tired and stiff from yesterday's 70 mile bike ride. But it felt good to move and think about what a positive impact my short friendship with Ira has had on the way I think about some things.
