TEMPERATURE: Low 40's
COMMENTS: Good run out and back on the trail at Forum. Slow beginning but was able to pick it up on the way back in. Splits were: 9:54; 8:32; 8:44, 8:12, 7:57; 7:56, 7:49.
I a little pain in my right side just above the hip. Not joint pain but feels like muscle pain. Not sure where this came from.
