COMMENTS: First day starting the 24 week McMillian customized running program. Easy run day. Started out running the first few miles @ 9:22 pace, then gradually started slowing down - tried to keep heart rate under 160. Finished up @ 10:00 pace. Average time in "easy hr zone" = 12:10. Average hr in zone = 148.
