wore bike jersey and arm sleeves

-- approx. a 20 - 24 oz of Gatorade / Carbo-Pro mix each hour (about 300 calories in a bottle); for about the last 40 minutes drank Heed and water

-- had a GU approx every 45 minutes (0:45, 1:30, 2:15), so was eating / drinking close to 400 calories an hour...

good pacing / hr on the bike - felt like I rode well within myself...legs still felt good on the run...

not the most scenic course...long straightaways...some false flats with headwinds, nice tailwind the last 10 or so miles back...only "hills" consisted of the bridges - was able to stay in big ring for entire ride...
