Nutrition:
sipped on my Gatorade / Carbo-Pro mix throughout run - finished it towards end, so was drinking approx. 150 calories an hour...
also had a little water at each aid station (was mostly dumping it on head), and for about the last 3 miles, sipping a little Coke at each aid station...
in hindsight, perhaps should have taken 1 or 2 GUs on the run?
very pleased that except for stopping at a porta-john right outside transition, I was able to run this non-stop, with no walk breaks. :-)
run course was much more scenic than bike...
