COMMENTS: 1 mile warm up @ 9:22. Then 12 400m repeats @ 7:03 pace (8.5 mph), with 90 second RIs. For about the first 6, I did the RIs at a slow jogging pace (10:00), but for the last 6 or so I did them walking. Also had a 3 minute walking RI between intervals 6 & 7. Closed out with .75 mile cool down run @ 9:30 pace, followed by .25 mile walk.
