COMMENTS: Progression tempo run (DUSA). First 4.5 miles at easy, steady pace - 9:22. Then picked up to half marathon pace, 8:20, and did last quarter mile @ 7:50 pace. Fun run! Felt good - could feel my hip a little in the beginning, but then it went away. Left knee felt surprisingly hurt/weird afterwards when I went up stairs, but now feels better.
