Heavy lifting session- started w/ a bench, did 1.5 reps at 120 for a new PR. Deff think I could do a few more by next week if I keep up this frequency of lifting. Everything else besides bicep/tricep was either at a current max or new max. Deff had to push through and left shoulder/ wrist was hurting after but was able to grind through most of the session (had to lower the weight on shoulder press to get through the last 5). Deff struggled getting through the 2nd set of lat pull down and flys but did it. Trying to rush this in 20 minutes isn't ideal- probably need more time inbetween if I'm going to do max lifting.
