Another late start for morning run- stayed up till midnight talking to izzy and wanted to make sure to get my 8 hours, ended up getting 9 so that was good. Pretty good morning run- first mile was a little rough- much colder and windier than i thought it would be. However, still went through faster than the previous few days (6:30). Felt pretty smooth and the run went well. Almost no issues with the foot at all- I mean, it was on and off here and there with the terrain but for the most part, wasn't a problem. Did 20 on, 20 off for the last half mile or so to simulate strides. Regular core after, then did hip routine and stretching after I showered.
