Slow, easy morning run to finally get the new year kicked off. Last 4 days have been a mental struggle- just have been in a rut, combined w/ having a bit of the cough Emily has had. Rolled out throroughly before and legs were OK. Did the out and back south on the FRT and kept it smooth. No ibuprofen/sombra. Started feeling some tightness in the lower left leg around 2 miles, never got bad, was kinda weird since it wasn't the specific soleus spot, but deff noticeable. Aerobically felt decent so that's good. Gotta start somewhere.
