Notes
Mix of physical and mental.
Mental- have felt off since I got back from vacation (could be mix of the calf injury stunting my training, the comedown of finishing vacation, and the anticipation for the new job). Normally- I love the new year and new beginning but kinda fell flat here. Didn't run Monday which led to not running most days this week.
Physically- was nervous w/ how the calf felt on Sunday although tbh, I didn't do shit for it all week. Also didn't sleep great given Emily is STILL sick and I've got a cough and some throat stuff now.
However- the reality is, I probably could have run had I been in the right mental place so taking the first 4 days off this week was more mental than physical.
