upper track

Got to Res around 9 after a long day of work at both jobs and jumped on the upper track to do a 6 miler that hopefully would feel better than yesterdays super tired run. Ended up going well- felt light and bouncy surprisingly. Clicked off 6:10,6:05,6:00,5:55.5:50, 5:36 with relative ease, not even intentionally trying to pick it up and was pretty surprised the last mile was so quick despite feeling pretty normal. Much better turnaround from yesterday and set up a good lift after as well
