Tricep/chest day and bumped up the weights/reps on everything but shoulder press. Solid workout- actually felt a little sore and tired after which is what has been lacking. Mixed it up by doing inverted situps w/o a weight and really focused on doing good situps which made it tough. 1 min extra on the planks was rough since my arms were sore but overall, good step forward in bumping up weights and felt like I got a solid session in
