4x150s after, in my flats because my shoes were muddy. These went rather interesting- my legs and hips especially (abductors, not flexors) had been very tight and to counter that, I pushed at the start to get going at a good pace. Got up to a good speed and didn't really feel like I could accelerate to top speed- but the speed i was going felt comfortably fast, albeit not exactlly smooth, and the times were faster than any of the ones I've done recently. Full stretching after, followed by a weight room session
