First arm session in a while- struggled a bit with the first set, but overall, did a little bit less weight then I had been doing, and some were really easy (surpisingly, shoulder press and seated row) whereas others were quite difficult, even at the smaller weight (chest press, biceps/triceps). Either way, it was nice getting back into the groove and my arms looked huge (relatively) after so that was a little enticing.
