Notes

1st NRCTC workout at the indoor track at NCC. Lane 6, goal was 4-6 by 1k w/ 90 sec rest.

6x1ks at NCC. 3:25/27/26/23/25/23.

Started w/ a group that included Nolan/Licari and thought I would have people to run w/ but got dropped pretty promptly. Also thought it was standing 90 sec rest but finished the first and they jogged 200 and went straight into it (55 secs) so realized that wasn't going to work for me. Ran everyone solo after that. Did a 200 jog after the 2nd and then took the full 90 but even then, realized needed to not jog so the rest was just standing rest.

Tough workout, first real workout in a while but happy with how it went and the consistency. Deff had to grind the last 2. Its a start
