90 lbs tricep curls (can move up 5 lbs prob)

105 lbs ches press (pretty hard, might be tired? not ready to move up)

60 lbs shoulder press (deff hard, failed on the last rep of the 2nd set and had to do it again)

90 lbs delts (right where it needs to be)
