Notes
Got off work early and wanted to get another run in so drove to school and did mon/wed/fri before lifting and core (added on a bit too to make today a full 11). Legs felt ok- stomach was a little meh from eating at work a few hours early but I had a solid pace and it was a really nice night out, tried to enjoy the run as much as I could despite just feeling tired. Body is not recovering well- too much stress or just struggling to adapt to the mileage but hopefully should fix itself soon
