Solid first time in the weight room- figured the best way to get honest about core is to go back to what worked. Doing a combined core/lifting routine like I did during the winter. If i can stay honest and do this 3-4 times a week, that would be huge. Was going to only do 1 set and manned up and did 2 sets so I'm pretty happy with that.
The core was fine- the weights, like the fly, struggled a bit towards the end, but I got through it. Solid day of workouts.
