Full arm/core/hip lifting session combining everything from this week and mixing in one more arm lift. Deff was really tired to start but once I got going, got in an OK rhythm and got through it all which I was happy about.

2 sets of 10:

Chest press- 85 lbs

Shoulder press- 50 lbs

Seated row- 100 lbs

Flys- 85 lbs

Lat pull down- 85 lbs

Bicep curl- 85 lbs

Tricep curl- 85 lbs

Delts- 50 lbs* (new one on the fly machine)

L hamstring curl- 25 lbs

R hamstring curl- 25 lbs

2 sets of 20:

Calf raises- 250 lbs

L obliques- 100 lbs

R obliques- 100 lbs

Crunches- 50 lbs

Hips: all 8 drills x 15 at 130 lbs
