Rough long run. Got to school early to use the gun, rollout, stretch so at least didn't feel sore anywhere on this run. However, could tell early on my legs were tired. Big group (NCC), out to Herrick/Danada for them to do the Leask loop. Spent most of the way out talking to BJ and most of the way back talking to Jett and Hawn about training. Felt decent enough on the way out but started to bonk bad on the way back and last 3 miles were deff a grind. Body just on empty from a calorie perspective.
Got the 10 done + did a big lifting/core/hip lifting session so happy there I was able to grind through despite feeling absolutely faded
