10 min weight session after I got done with core and hips.

2 sets of:

10x 85 lbs chest press

10x 50 lbs shoulder press

10x 85 lbs tricep curls

20x 250 lbs calf raises

2x10 each leg, 20 lbs hamstring curls.

Short and sweet but got it done.
