Easy-ish afternoon run trailing the guys while they did Huffman. Thought it would be warmer than it was so went shorts and no hat, deff probably needed a hat tho. Pace got a little bit quicker earlier but settled back in. Run was OK- body was just a little tired and sore, as to be expected, but kept it nice and easy. Some weird shooting pain on the outside of my right heel when I plant on it weird on a turn (has happened a few times the last few days) but no issues otherwise.
Core/hips/lifting after
