Had to work off some pent-up anger from some of the stuff from practice. Mixed in biceps/core/hip lifting.
2 sets of 10:
85 llbs bicep curls
100 lbs seated row
85 lbs flys
85 lbs lat pull downs
1 set of 15 for all 8 hip lifts at 135 lbs
core:
2 sets of 20:
L obliques- 100 lbs
R obliques- 100 lbs
crunches w/ 50 lbs
