Standard procedure- 1.6 loop solo to start, MWF route w/ the team. Post-bath last night, lower legs still a bit achy, especially the right achilles but after stretching/rolling out, didn't feel bad on the run. The run was colder (35) so full winter gear, pretty ho-hum besides that. Core and hips after.
