Easy Sunday out and back on a hilly country road outside of Dubuque. Weather was perfect- 55ish and sunny. First 4 were mainly downhill, last 4 were up. Leg was limpy the first mile but fine besides that. We had a lot to talk about so the run flew by- almost ended up going longer since we didn't check our watches much. Aerobically felt good.
Solid week- 50+ miles, core/hips most everyday, happy to bounce back and keep building momentum although the leg is still a struggle.
