1st time lifting in almost 3 months- went decent. Started w/ 3 reps at 105- probably could've done 115 so at least the pushups are paying off. Will keep trying to get that up each week. Kept most machines reasonable. The few that I came in where I had left it in the spring (flys, seated row, chest press) were deff tougher. Was sweating a bit but good to mix in core and hips between reps and got a good workout in in general.
